Philosophers ans scientist use her to explain how man came to be.Because each person's mitochondrial genome is inherited from his or her mother, all mitochondrial lineages are maternal. Essentially we are all related through Mrs. Eve.
  Through time we mutated and became diversified and moved to different regions of the planet.
