What is Life

Life is a series that started up last year in march. It was the filming of different creatures and how they manage to survive over these long years. Oprah narrated this series. I love Oprah Winfrey btw.

Life is the time between when something first becomes alive and when something dies.  To be alive is to grow.

S.O.P Hot Dog

We'll need some ingredients to make hot dogs.
-Hot dogs
-hot dog Buns
-water
Toppings: Ketchup, relish, mustard
We'll also need some cooking supplies:
-Pot big enough for hot dogs to lay flat in.
-Fork
-Stove
Procedures:
1) You'll need to take your pot and put it on the stove.
2) Place the desired amount of hot dogs into the pot.
3) Add enough water to cover the hot dogs with at least two inches of water.
4) Turn on stove to medium/high. and wait for the water to boil.
5) While waiting, take two buns and place them on a plate.
6) Once the water has started boiling, let the water continue boiling for two minutes
7) Once this time has passed. Turn off the stove. Take hot dogs out of pot using fork and place them on a plate.
8) Put one hot dog in each of the prepared buns.
9) Add toppings and enjoy.

Diatoms are very fragile unicellular organisms that have a yellow-brown chloroplast that enables them to photosynthesize. Their cell walls are made of silica. The construction of the cell wall, called the frustule, consists of two valves that fit into each other like a little pill box.
The colour of the chloroplast is yellow-brown apposed to the more common green. 


This extremophile could resemble a time where cells were beginning to become more complex through the process of endosymbiosis where cells absorbed other cells to become more complex.

Little Jr.

Well my little Jr is turning out pretty good i think. It's been 17 days now and he is roughly 7 inches he has three pairs of leaves and hasn't broken yet. We're gonna make it all the way!!!!!!

Day 1: The seed was placed close to surface and watered sufficiently.
Day 2: Soil is being kept moist and is now placed under a lamp light.
Day 3: Sprout has come out. Watered and still left under light.
Day 4-10: Plant has been watered and kept in lamp light.
Day 11: Plant was transferred from little white cup to a larger clear container because of size growth. Plenty of water was supplied.
Day 12: Plant has taken to new container; dirt was kept really loose.
Day 13-17: Water has been constantly supplied and lamp has been only constant source of light.
Day 26: Junior was stolen when left out in the sun! Still looking for him to this day.

Deductive reasoning is the thought process you go through to come to a conclusion that is true based on the stipulations stated before hand. For instance, if i say that all girls have long hair, and then i say that Stacey is a girl, from the previous true statements i come to the conclusion that Stacey has long hair.
